1Service Scope & Booking Agreement
Vrindavan Taxi Go provides point-to-point taxi rentals, full-day Braj darshan tour packages, railway station platform transfers (Mathura Junction / Agra Cantt), and outstation cab services (Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Ayodhya, Haridwar).
By submitting an inquiry via our website, WhatsApp desk, or phone hotline, you enter into a cooperative service booking agreement subject to the fair guidelines set forth on this page.
2Zero Advance & Payment Terms
To ensure complete trust and peace of mind for arriving pilgrims:
- No Advance Deposit: You are not required to pay any booking advance for regular local sightseeing and station transfers.
- Settlement Post-Trip: Final fare is payable upon trip completion directly to your chauffeur or to our verified business UPI ID.
- Accepted Payment Modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Cash (INR), and direct Bank Transfer.
- Multi-Day Outstation Exception: For custom outstation tours exceeding 3 days or specialized luxury coaches (Tempo Traveller), a token 10% advance may be requested solely for interstate permit blocking.

Every vehicle dispatched under Vrindavan Taxi Go is inspected for hygiene, passenger comfort, and safety:
- Sedan Category (Dzire / Etios): Accommodates up to 4 passengers + 2 medium bags + 2 cabin bags.
- SUV Category (Ertiga / Carens): Accommodates up to 6 passengers with flexible boot space for family luggage.
- Premium MPV (Innova Crysta): Accommodates 6 to 7 passengers with generous legroom and spacious luggage capacity.
- Air Conditioning: AC remains switched on for the entire journey (except during steep off-road climbs or when vehicle is halted with engine off).
6Vrindavan Traffic & Temple Access
The municipal administration of Mathura-Vrindavan enforces strict vehicle access restrictions inside ancient temple zones to manage pilgrim crowds:
Banke Bihari Ji, Nidhivan & Radha Vallabh: Four-wheelers are prohibited in the innermost narrow alleys. Our chauffeurs safely park at the nearest designated municipal parking lot (e.g., VIP Parking / Chhatikara Road) and guide you onto short authorized e-rickshaws or walking paths.
Prem Mandir & ISKCON: Full four-wheeler cab access and direct roadside drop-off are available.
